Fine Photography is not created by just pushing the button on an expensive camera. It's truly a combination of Art, Science, Creativity and Passion. When you add in twenty plus years of shooting experience, you'll get reliable performance, predictable quality and a personal touch that produces extraordinary images. Photos that are Works of Art, Light and Magic!
I have been pursuing the fine art of photography since I bought my first "real" camera in 1978, at the age of sixteen. After graduating from the University of Hartford in 1983 with a degree in Communications and Marketing, I settled in Windsor, CT. I spent the next 15 years in the school yearbook and picture business before turning to all photography in 1998. These days, in addition to shooting weddings, portraits and various commercial projects, I am a contributing photographer for the New Britain Rock Cats baseball team and have had my work published in national magazines and books as well as Hartford area newspapers. I have won many awards in various competitions, including several Best of Show and First Place honors, and have had several solo exhibitions of my Fine Art work. Since 2000, I have also been on the faculty of Capital Community College in Hartford, teaching basic and advanced photography.
